What business would contract with Cropper GIS Consulting in Columbus, Ohio, for information that it could get more cheaply from the Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments?
Why, the Charleston County School District, of course.

Let's see if the new school board members are awake. Heck, let's see if the old board members can figure out what happened. After all, it was they who voted for this.
Does the Mt. Pleasant crowd realize yet that Cropper is the source of the two "brilliant" rezoning plans they just tossed?
