For anyone who missed the earlier thread, Bable's real name is Clelia Casey.
She lives on Villa Maison in Mount Pleasant and teaches English at Bishop England High School.
(That's right, she doesn't even work for CCSD. She just criticizes those who do - those who are at least trying to fix the problems.)
