CCSD School Buses Took Voters to the Polls

Observers reported seeing Charleston County School District buses unloading full contingents of voters at a polling place on Johns Island on election day. 

Was CCSD aware that its buses were being used?

If so, how much was paid to the district for using the buses?

And, who paid it?

And, since district headquarters had a preferred slate of candidates in this election, were voters told whom to vote for in the school board elections?

The answers should be revealing.
