Let me echo what one person said about the report: "Isn't this what schools are supposed to do?"
Gee, do you think we could make similar progress by just improving what goes on in these classrooms closer to home? How much more could we all accomplish raising their achievement levels if we spent a lot less time moving them all over the place like they were widgets?
